Attractive Home Solutions ltd offers complete solutions from the quoting of the job to the final completion of the project for the products we offer.

A project will typically follow the following process:

Initial Sales Contact

1.  Initial contact is made by you, the customer, requesting information on your project.
2.  We set up  meeting time for one of our experienced sales consultants to review your project.
3.  At this meeting the following are reviewed:
        Design Concepts        Your likes            Your dislikes             Colors
        Styles                         Options                Materials                  Cost trade offs
        Budgets
4.  From this information, we can then go and develop a detailed quote.

Quoting

5.  From the information collected we will generate a detailed quote.  Some quotes are simple, and some are more complex depending on the project.
6.  The quote will include materials, labor, work to be performed, special items as determined during the initial sales meeting, and items that will not be done where applicable.
7.  Changes to the quote can be made up to when the contract is signed.
8.  The quote is good for 30 days.

Contract

9.  Once the work to be performed and the price are agreed upon, we will both sign a contract.  This is more to protect you so that you have a written agreement on the work to be performed.
10.  Your project will be scheduled and the start date will be included in the contract.
11.  50% of the project price is due at the time of the contract signing.  This is because of the high percentage of material in the types of projects we do.

Construction of the project

12.  Expect us to show up and start construction on the day we promised.
13.  While we pride ourselves on keeping strict schedules, there are times when mother nature or unforeseen material availability issues prevent us from starting the project as planned.
14.  Our policy is to complete one job before starting the next job.  We do not start jobs, leave them partially done, and go and start another job.
15.  We try to take these items into consideration when scheduling our work.  We will advise you as soon as we are aware of any issues that would effect your schedule.  We will not wait until the last minute to advise you of schedule changes.
16.  If during the construction process, you determine that you need changes made to the original project definition, we can accommodate this by amending the contract if the changes represent an increase or decrease in the project cost.

Project Completion

17.  When the work is completed, you will inspect the project to make sure it meets with your satisfaction.
18.  We will make sure that you are happy with the work performed.
19.  At completion, the balance of the cost is due.

Warranty

Attractive Home Solutions warrants our labor and workmanship for 90 days.  During that time we will fix or repair any defects at no charge.  Many of the materials we use have their own warranty that extends long past our warranty.  For these, we will work with you and the materials company to make the proper repairs.  There could be labor costs associated with repairs made past our 90 day warranty.

Labor assistance program

We offer a unique program to help offset the labor costs of projects that require 2 or more laborers.  This program is especially suited to homeowners that like to do work around the house, but do not have the knowledge or tools to tackle a large project on their own.  With this program, we use one or more of our skilled project leaders and our tools to work with the homeowner on the construction of the project.

If you would like to take advantage of this program, let out sales representative know at the time of the initial visit and they will put the details of the program in the quote.
